One of the interesting restaurants we have visited in Balanga City is Mesa Feliz, translated as "happy table." The founders of Mesa Feliz have a long history in the food industry in Balanga, having owned Aurora’s Cuisine, which has greatly contributed to the culinary landscape of the city. One of the highlights in our experience was trying their in-house smoked meats that take anywhere between 8 to 12 hours of supervised cooking, using Mahogany or Santol wood, which imparts a unique and rich flavor profile that sets them apart. Second was savoring their salads and pizzas, which feature vegetables sourced from their organic farm, ensuring freshness and quality in every bite. The ambiance of the restaurant contributes to the overall experience, with a warm and welcoming environment that invites patrons to relax and enjoy their meals. The attentive staff further enhances the dining experience, providing knowledgeable recommendations and ensuring that every guest feels valued.
